My favorite pizza place in Provo is called Slab Pizza and I go there about once a week. I'm not even joking. One of their pizzas that I am recently obsessed with is Rosemary Potato + Bacon. Well, I really wanted it this week but I didn't want to spend money to go out so I decided to make it myself. When I told my roommates, one of them responded with a very concerned and confused face and said, "Really?! Don't you need....a recipe?" The other roommate smiled and said, "Great! I think that's really cool!" At least I had someone rooting for me.
I started with the pizza dough, healthifying it with wheat flour; cooked my bacon; sliced up some potatoes into think slices, and mixed them with olive oil and rosemary; rolled out the dough; covered it with olive oil, mozzarella and feta cheese; placed the potato slices and sprinkled the chopped up bacon on top; oven.
While it cooked my roommates I did MTV's The Grind dance workout from 1995 (on a VHS that my mom gave me). Let's just say there was a lot of thrusting, whooping, and "adding your own thing" to that dance workout.
The pizza was ready when we were done and I'd say the result was satisfactory. It was a little dry but I think that was because the crust was all wheat flour and I should have added more olive oil for the base. I also will add more feta cheese next time, more feta than mozzarella. Other than that I was pretty happy with how it turned out, especially without a recipe. And no, I didn't take any pictures, please don't hate me.

I'm going camping tonight and I'm soooo excited! I love camping and I'm going with a great group and we're going to Arches National Park! It doesn't get any better than that.
