the one where I go shopping a lot because Arizona wasn't sunny

The only time I can find to blog is during work. And since I never have my camera or my pictures at work, I never have anything very exciting to talk about. But remember when I went to Arizona a couple weeks ago? Yeah, that actually happened. I wasn't joking. Here are the details, and I'll put up a picture when I get home.

Thursday

• left cold Utah and flew to warm Arizona
• that's pretty much it
• air mattress blower-upper-pump-thing died so I slept on the couch (just for this night though, blower-upper-pump-thing worked for the other nights)

Friday

• woke up to fresh, warm air coming through an open door
• as soon as Brittani got back from work we went the The Mall (capitalized to emphasize greatness)
• lunch at Paradise Bakery with too many cookies (but can you really have too many cookies??)
• shopping: Charming Charlie's, H&M, Ann Taylor Loft, regular stores, back to H&M
• home to rest
• Cheesecake Factory with the Clonts parentals (the only picture from the whole weekend happened here)
• movie theater time: I Am Number Four
• home to sleep

Saturday

• up early to meet wedding parties at the temple
• fight the wind in a skirt, not easy when you're holding two purses and being introduced to people, but I do consider myself lucky that I didn't have to be in any pictures
• wedding luncheon at awesome barbecue place
• rain, boo
• more shopping
• reception, delicious hors dourevekjyengsaservs, delicious because they were miniature? or because I was hungry?
• back home for cheesy movie time

Sunday

• sleeeeeeep in
• church
• dinner with Britt's cousins/people
• craft time
• craft time occurred simultaneously with really cheesy girly best friend movies

Monday

• BEAUTIFUL SUNNY WARM DAY
• Denny's for breakfast with the most talkative, entertaining waitress. We sat in a HUGE booth so the only way we could sit close to each other was if we sat side by side, which gave us both a view of the entire restaurant. I think our waitress was having a conversation with us while she walked around to every table she was waiting on. I loved it.
• running/balance/arch assessment to get NEW RUNNING SHOES, that were also on sale
• airport, boo
• fly from beautiful, warm, sunny Arizona to cold Utah

It was an awesome trip. I love taking trips and I love Brittani. Plus I love shopping so how could it not have been a success. Yay vacations!
