I haven't made it to the trail head yet. I got all sicky after finals were over so I took a week off. And now I'm just trying to get used to my new schedule. It's hard to find time to run when you are at work and in class all day, without breaks. Luckily the days are getting longer so I can go running after my class that gets out at 8:15. I wish I knew exactly how dangerous it is run after the sun sets. Everyone keeps telling me not to run in the dark so when the sun is setting during my run, I start to get all anxious and worried but I don't know why...
It doesn't feel like summer yet. Mostly because I'm still in school. I'm taking two classes this term: Family Life 100 and Health 462: Infectious Disease Prevention and Control. The classes are enjoyable but they make for long days. I go right from work to class, without a break. Luckily I get a lunch break during the day so going to class is not the first time I've been outside all day.
I haven't seen my family yet. I'm going home to visit next week and I can't wait! I'll be there for Trevor's graduation ceremony and grad party, my mom's birthday, Memorial Day, and Abigail's birthday. It'll be a busy weekend but hopefully I'll have some time to relax!
I haven't written everything yet. I started this post after reading a few other blogs and felt inspired and then I took a lunch break. When I came back, the inspiration was gone and I ran out of cool stuff to write about. But I'm not giving up, not yet...
