Coldplay

I went to the Coldplay concert on November 22 with my friend Hannah and her friend Justin. I had known about the concert since this summer but I knew I wouldn't go because the cheapest ticket was about $50 and it just didn't seem worth it for the worst seats in the arena. Then Hannah got 2 cheap tickets from her friend and invited Katie (who she's known longer). Of course I was jealous but so happy that someone got to go.

Then about a week before the concert, Katie said she had something to tell me. I had no idea what it was about but she said not to worry. When I talked to her she said she wasn't going to the concert because she had a lot to do and didn't want to spend the money. Then she told me that that would leave her ticket available and she wanted to give it to me. I told her that she should go. Coldplay?!? Come on! She said she absolutely would not use the ticket and she offered it to me again, knowing how much I love Coldplay. I couldn't refuse the second time! I felt bad taking her ticket but someone's got to use it! I was so excited! Hannah's friend said we only had to pay him $30 for the ticket so I was pretty pumped and I knew we didn't have the worst seats in the arena so it was definitely worth it!
