Bex and Alycia and I had stepped into a store to get warm while we waited for Hannah and Emileigh to catch up. After warming up we went back outside to find Hannah and Emileigh and while I was on the phone, I saw him coming. I watched him all the way from the moment I saw him, as he walked right in front of me, until he was out of sight. Glorious.
Also spotted in Park City on Saturday:
- Martin the convict, from season 3 of The Office: He was just coming into the restaurant as we were leaving.
- Fred Armisen, from Saturday Night Live: We walked right passed him and Hannah turned to ask me if it was him. Then she pursued. She turned right around and followed him until he crossed the street and we got a better look. (This photo is not from Sundance. It is merely included for visual reference.)
What a day! Were so please with every encounter. Obviously more so with one than others.
Oh, we saw him one more time walking up Main Street while we were driving on our way out. That's a total of three sightings. And one touching.
