Today is the last day of summer. Maybe not according to the calendar, but in my heart, it is the last day of summer. This is how the last day of summer began: 50 degrees and raining. Luckily, the sun came out and it warmed up to a balmy 63 degrees. I had planned to spend my last day of summer at the pool and barbecuing but I'm sad to say those plans were canceled.
This summer was a good one. I decided to stay in Provo instead of going to back to the Midwest to cultivate my minimum wage job skills. Staying in Provo was so much fun. I had a great group a friends, a good job, and a lot of opportunities for adventure. (Please see previous blog entries for more information about the summer adventures and friends.)
Fall is here and it brings a lot of new: new classes, new apartment, new ward, new friends. I have to keep reminding myself to get ready for all the new but I'm just not ready!
