what up

OH MY GOSH IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH.

You've missed me, haven't you. It's not even a question because two of my friends pointed out how long it's been since I've done anything here in this realm, so I know you miss me.

And here's the big news:
I'm doing the 30 for 30 challenge again!

It's just on my own. There aren't 80 million other bloggers doing it at the same time like last time. I just decided that I lost all my creativity with my fashion choices and I need a little challenge to remix what I have instead of going out and buying more things I don't need. So, today is Day 1 and I guess I'll be putting pictures up for you. I just decided to do this yesterday, and then decided to start today. Why not? Right?

Half the clothes are waiting to be washed, and as soon as that happens I'll take pictures of all that and then you guys can really get excited, if you aren't already, which you probably are.

In other news:
I'm going home on Saturday for a whole week! My brother gets back from Ecuador on Tuesday AND I just found out that my sister who lives in Virginia is going to be able to come home too! She wasn't sure if she'd be able to find a good price on a ticket but she just found one and she and my nephew are cooooommmmmingggg!

I made delicious food last night. It was fresh and healthy and summer-y: curry salmon with tomatoes and quinoa/cucumber salad. That will be happening again.

Monday was my last day tutoring the children. We took a lot of pictures. Of everything. Actually Billy's the one that took pictures of everything: the video game he always plays while we read, the X-Box, his bike, the fort he built for the dog. He said he wanted me to remember everything and then he said, "Don't erase any of the pictures."
"Ok, I won't."
"Because then you won't have any pictures!" Smart kid.
I'm gonna miss those kids and all those fairy tale stories we read. They told me I could come visit them in the summer after I promised we wouldn't read anything, we'd just play.

I only have one more Harry Potter book to reread and then the last movie comes out. It will mark the end of an era. I think I want to reread The Chronicles of Narnia next.

These are my favorite people right now and we really like each other. We even eat dinner together sometimes. At least once a week. (Bex, me Emileigh, and Emily)
