- The weather was incredible. It was sunny and 50 degrees most days, so I played outside a few times.
- My dad and I both just read Born to Run so everyone had to listen to us obsess and talk about it all the time. My dad even made me some really awesome sandals that I cannot wait to wear!
- Amy and I watched all of the Lord of the Rings Extended Edition DVDs while everyone was back in school.
- We celebrated Blair's early birthday so we could all be here.
- We went ice skating and shopping one day to give my parents a day to themselves.
- Polly got her Young Womanhood Recognition.
- Blair and Gwendolyn built a fort in the movie room and it was awesome.
- After I thought I got over my birthday virus it came back with a vengeance. And then I caught another cold towards the end of my visit. It's been years since I've been that sick.
- We watched every available Avengers movie at least once. We are all in love with Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America. Don't make us choose a favorite.
