happy birthday amy!

Yesterday was my best friend's birthday. She's also my sister. That means that instead of just one picture today you get a bunch of pictures of the same two people. You're welcome.

I've posted about Amy before, but it was her birthday so of course I'm going to talk about how much I love her. She is an amazing person. She is my best friend, a great sister, and and incredible wife and mother. She is an amazing example to me and I look up to her for so many reasons. I know I can always count on her for advice. Whenever I'm having a bad day, I know I can call Amy and she'll say exactly what I need to hear. She is hilarious, beautiful, and talented in so many ways.

Here are a million pictures because that's how much I love her.

Christmas at home while I was still in high school (not sure what year).

I visited Amy at BYU in 2004.

Making something, probably delicious, while Amy was home for Christmas one year (look at her awesome lipgloss around her neck).

My freshman year at BYU we drove to Dos Palos, California to spend Thanksgiving with our grandparents. This is on their farm.

For Amy's birthday one year her friend Janet put on a ton of fake tanner, loads of make up, and a leotard, and did a special birthday dance for Amy. It was hilarious.

Amy's wedding, 2006.

BYU football game.

Looks like we're at the Marriott Center, not sure why, but we do love each other!

Amy's graduation from BYU. Model pose.

Kelly Clarkson concert where we braved the rain.

My graduation from BYU.

This is in Iowa when I got to meet my new nephew, Josh.

Christmas 2010.

I got to visit Amy in Virginia last Thanksgiving and it was such a fun trip!

I love you Amy! Happy birthday!
