try hard every day

eat:
Pasta Veggie Salad (I just made that name up)
2 large carrots, shredded
3 stalks thinly sliced celery
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
one of those small containers of cherry or grape tomatoes
one small jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
sun dried tomatoes, marinated, chopped (I didn't add these so I don't know how many)
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, fresh, shredded
a couple handfuls spinach
3 zucchinis, cubed

dressing:
Ken's steakhouse italian, light caesar
Newman's italian
Girard's italian

Put everything in a bowl and stir it up!
Ok this is a very rough estimate of amounts. When I got this recipe I had no amounts and I had to figure everything out myself. Last time I made it this is what I did, but you should adjust every ingredient to your taste. With these measurements it made enough for probably 8 people (as a side dish). I know these are the worst directions ever but I believe in you :). Also, this is another recipe courtesy of Amy. She's the best.
