I've been doing the Insanity workouts for the last two weeks and this is my post-workout smoothie. It's reeeeeally easy and pretty delicious.
Smoothie
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1/2-3/4 cup light plain soy milk (Silk is my favorite brand)
1 cup frozen fruit
1-2 TBS chia seeds
Blend the spinach and some the soy milk. Add frozen fruit and blend. Keep adding soy milk until it blends smoothly. Our into a cup and then stir in the chia seeds. (These amounts are very much a guess. I never measure anything.)
One of the research papers I'm working on right now is the effectiveness of YouTube videos for teaching health behavior change, so everyone in the class has been watching hundreds of YouTube videos, mostly PSAs. This little treasure was found somehow and shared in the lab yesterday. My favorite is the one who sells his kidneys :).
