Day 7 and giraffes

It was so windy today so most of the outside pictures were weird. I resorted to taking pictures inside my office building. Yes, it's mine, I own it. (I don't.) I'll let you imagine that conversation on your own...

I am wearing a giraffe necklace. I love animal necklaces. I have several and hope to acquire many more. I also have a fascination with miniature animals. You may think this started with a certain advertisement, but nay, I contradict. It all started one night, years ago, when a friend and I both expressed a deep desire to own a miniature elephant. Not like a horse-sized elephant, or even a tiger-sized elephant. I want a little elephant that can sit on my lap or fit in a bag (not that I would carry it around in a bag, just small enough to fit in one). I know there are a lot of really important things for scientists to do but would it really be that difficult to take a weekend to genetically engineer a few miniature animals? 

I will mention that after seeing a certain commercial I quickly became obsessed with miniature giraffes. There are many people who can attest to my enthusiasm when giraffes or miniature things come up in conversation. Man, I wish they came up in conversation more often.

I have a lot more to say about other things, but it's late so I must away. Until tomorrow my party people.
