A few months ago I was recruited to participate in a 10k mud run: The Dirty Dash. As you know, my friend Hannah was in Mexico all summer and she came back with a herd of new awesome friends. They registered for this race as a team and when one of the girls dropped out Hannah asked me to take her spot. Run a 10k? I'm not sure... With a bunch of girls I don't know? Maybe... In the mud? YES PLEASE.

I'll spare you the jumping and the flexing pictures, but I will tell you that we are really high jumpers and have really strong muscles.
